Brussels Sprouts with Oranges and Bacon

Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive oil (divided)
2 small Oranges (cut in half, then into 1/2 inch slices)
Kosher salt
3 to 4 strips Bacon (cut into 1/4-inch pieces)
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and brush a baking sheet with oil.
  2. Lay the orange slices in a single layer on the sheet and turn over to coat. Season them with salt and drizzle them with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  3. Roast the slices for 15 minutes, sprinkle in the bacon pieces and roast for 12 more minutes
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts with the remaining 4 tablespoons of oil, season with salt and add them to the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring up the mixture once through cook time.
